M. Lawrence Lallande
A Long Beach, California Personal Injury Attorney
M. Lawrence Lallande has practiced law in Southern California for over 20 years. A native of Puerto Rico, he is fully fluent in both English and Español. While he started his career working with corporate tax and trademark issues, he quickly switched to personal injury law when his employer discovered he had a talent for it. After becoming a partner with Perona, Langer, Beck, Lallande & Serbin, he showed the ability to obtain multi-million dollar settlements and has since become a leader in trial advocacy throughout the Los Angeles area.
Mr. Lallande has received an AV® rating* under Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Circle, and a Senior Life Fellow for the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a member of the Board of governors for the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and a member of the Executive Committee for Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). In 2002, '03, '04, '05 and '06, he received the Presidential Award for Merit from the CAOC. He has served for three years as the California delegate to the American Association for Justice. He has also been recognized as a California "Super Lawyer" and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Circle.
He is also an adjunct professor of law at Pepperdine University. He begins each class by having the students affirm that they are the defenders of the Constitution, to impress upon them the importance of continually upholding each citizen's rights.
