American Board of Trial Advocates
M. Lawrence Lallande, Sr. is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a professional legal organization that seeks the preservation of the civil jury trial. “Justice by the People,” is the primary purpose of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
ABOTA membership is by invitation only. Additionally, the local chapter must approve of the applicant. To be qualified to be approved, an attorney must have a minimum of 20 civil jury trials to jury verdict as lead counsel.
