Plaintiff was making a left turn from the left turn lane when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Defendant. Plaintiff asserted that Defendant was negligent in operating his vehicle and ran a red light. Plaintiff also asserted that as a result of the impact, he sustained injuries to his left ankle and neck. Defendant denied that he was  negligent and disputed the causation, nature and extent of the injuries claimed by Plaintiff. A jury in Orange County found Defendant was negligent and that his negligence caused Plaintiff's injuries.
