Plaintiff was driving her vehicle through the solid green light at an intersection when Defendant made a left turn directly in the path of travel of Plaintiff's vehicle. The vehicles collided. Plaintiff suffered injuries to her right hand, head, neck and back, which necessitated three surgical operations. Defendant challenged the nature and extent of Plaintiff's injuries and damages.
