Plaintiffs brought a claim for the wrongful death of their husband/father, who died after being involved in a high speed crash on his motorcycle. As Decedent was riding his motorcycle straight through an intersection on a green light, Defendant's vehicle made a right turn out of a parking lot driveway and directly into the motorcycle's path. Decedent's motorcycle and Defendant's vehicle collided, killing Decedent. The case resolved for Defendant's insurance policy limits.
